Payment Policy

• Payments can be made through secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.
• Certain projects may require an advance payment before fabrication, supply, or installation begins.
• Remaining balances must be settled according to the agreed payment schedule.
• All payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

Order Confirmation

Orders will only be confirmed after successful receipt of the required payment and final approval of project details, measurements, and specifications.

Custom-Made Products

Most products and services provided by AluMO Aluminum Pvt Ltd are customized according to individual customer requirements. This includes aluminum fabrication, glass work, partitions, doors, windows, and installation services.

Because of the customized nature of these products:

• Returns are generally not accepted once fabrication or production has started.
• Customers are requested to carefully verify all specifications before confirming orders.

Returns

Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Incorrect products supplied by the company
• Products damaged during delivery by the company
• Manufacturing defects identified upon delivery

Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery or installation.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only for eligible situations such as:

• Duplicate payments
• Payments made for unavailable services
• Confirmed cancellations before fabrication or production begins

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method where possible.

Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are non-refundable:

• Advance payments for customized fabrication work already commenced
• Design and consultation fees
• Completed installation or service charges
